If you find yourself not being able to log in to Vista when you have logged in before the problem is likely that the browser is looking at the incorrect address. If this is the problem then the steps below should help you get logged in to the correct spot.
If you get the login error with the verified username and password these notes below almost always outline the issue. Users should click from MyWebCT to the Institution Listing page (picture below) and click Vista Courses (for this example).

After clicking Vista Courses then the Log In button on the next page they should come to the Vista Courses login. Note, it will say Vista Courses Log In just as in the picture below where the green arrow is pointing to the title for illustration purposes.

Sometimes if the browser does not complete the setup through this process or the user bookmarks the Log In page above then the link goes to a different access level where only specified users are allowed to log in. The key element on this page is that it say University of Tulsa Log In as in the picture below pointed to by the red arrow for illustration purposes.

If this happens repeatedly, meaning, that the browser will not go to the correct address even after going through the steps, we remove the vista.utulsa.edu cookie from the browser tools options.
